A crawler, a rules engine, and a work list
Allcess is deliberately not clever. It loads your pages, runs the industry standard rules engine against each one, and spends its effort on the part that usually gets skipped: turning the output into something a person can act on.
The core idea
Group by fix, not by page
A scanner reports one entry per failing element. Your header appears on every page, so a single unlabelled button becomes forty findings. Allcess rolls those back up: one issue, forty pages affected, one edit to make.
That's why our reports lead with a number of issues rather than a number of findings. The findings count tells you how big the mess looks. The issue count tells you how much work it actually is.

Capabilities
What the scanner actually does

Breadth-first crawl, scoped to what you gave us
We start at your URL and follow internal links until we hit the page cap or the time budget. Give us a domain and we take the whole site; give us a section and we stay inside it. Off-site links, assets and non-page URLs are skipped.

Renders like a real browser
Pages load in headless Chrome with JavaScript executed, so themes and apps that build the DOM client-side get scanned as a visitor would see them.

Platform detection
We fingerprint the storefront on the first page. When it's Shopify or WooCommerce, fix guidance switches to naming the theme files and settings you'd actually edit.

Severity that means something
Findings inherit axe-core's impact ratings, and the report leads with critical and serious. Everything is counted, but the order reflects what blocks people.
Critical → serious → moderate → minor

History and trend
Every scan is kept. The site page charts issues across scans, so a regression after a theme update shows as a line going the wrong way.

Portfolio view
If you run more than one store, the dashboard rolls every site up and sorts by what needs attention first, so the worst site surfaces without you looking.

A customer story goes here
This block is intentionally empty. Once a real store has run scans and fixed something, replace it with what they found, what they changed, and what the next scan showed. Until then it stays blank rather than carrying an invented quote or a logo we haven't earned.
