Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Allcess ("the Service"). By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

What the Service does

The Service runs automated accessibility scans against URLs you submit, using axe-core, and shows you the results. Automated scanning detects a portion of real-world accessibility issues, not all of them. The Service does not certify, guarantee, or imply that any site is compliant with the ADA, WCAG, or any other accessibility law or standard. Results are documentation of what our scan found, not legal advice and not a substitute for a manual audit or legal counsel.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Sites you submit for scanning

By submitting a URL, you confirm that you own that site or are otherwise authorized to have it scanned. Scanning a site loads its pages in an automated browser, the same way a visitor's browser would. Don't submit sites you don't have the right to test.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to attack, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any system. Don't use it to violate any law, or anyone else's rights. We can suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scan results will be complete or accurate for every site or page.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any legal claim, fine, or settlement related to the accessibility of a site you scanned.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Service changes. We'll post the updated version here with a new date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.
