Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Allcess ("the Service"), which is operated by Ayaz Ata Türkmen, an individual based in Türkiye ("we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

What the Service does

The Service runs automated accessibility scans against URLs you submit, using axe-core, and shows you the results. Automated scanning detects a portion of real-world accessibility issues, not all of them. The Service does not certify, guarantee, or imply that any site is compliant with the ADA, WCAG, the European Accessibility Act, or any other accessibility law or standard. Results are documentation of what our scan found, not legal advice and not a substitute for a manual audit or legal counsel.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Plans, payments and subscriptions

The Service has a Free plan and paid plans, described on the pricing page. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, invoicing and sales tax, and your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.

Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in advance, and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Prices are shown before VAT or sales tax, which Paddle adds at checkout where it applies. If we change the price of a plan, we'll tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

You can cancel at any time from Settings. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you've paid for, and then move to the Free plan. Any payment can be refunded in full within 14 days, as set out in our Refund Policy.

Early access

Accounts created before paid plans open get every feature for free during early access. When paid plans open, we'll email you at least one month ahead. Your account then moves to the Free plan, and nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan yourself.

Sites you submit for scanning

By submitting a URL, you confirm that you own that site or are otherwise authorized to have it scanned. Scanning a site loads its pages in an automated browser, the same way a visitor's browser would. Don't submit sites you don't have the right to test.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to attack, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any system. Don't try to get around plan limits, resell the Service, or use it to violate any law or anyone else's rights.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text and the guidance it gives, belongs to us. You may use it for as long as you have an account, under these terms. Your sites, and the reports generated about them, are yours to use however you like, including sharing the PDF reports with anyone.

Suspension and termination

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or misuses the Service. Where we can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. You can close your account at any time from Settings, which deletes it and everything in it. If we close the Service altogether, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and refund any payment for time you won't be able to use.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scan results will be complete or accurate for every site or page.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any legal claim, fine, or settlement related to the accessibility of a site you scanned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Service changes. We'll post the updated version here with a new date, and email you about changes that matter to paying customers before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.
